We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and original packaging. For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover all costs.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. The price you see at checkout is the final price; there are no hidden fees or additional taxes.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Handling Time: 3–5 Business Days (Mon–Fri).
  • Transit Time: 5–10 Business Days (Mon–Fri).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–15 Business Days.
  • Order Cut-off: 4:00 PM (GMT, London).

No. Nestmoor operates exclusively online and does not currently have a physical retail location.
